Job summary

SENKO Advanced Components is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support its global ERP system, primarily using NetSuite. You will gather requirements, document workflows, and coordinate ERP changes across affiliates, SCM, Sales, and Finance.

The role emphasizes data governance, reporting, and collaboration with MIS and the Global Project Manager. Proficiency in NetSuite and MS Office is essential; a bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with ERP implementation experience.
• 2–3 years implementing ERP systems and data migration.
• Strong understanding of ERP database structures and MS Office.
• Ability to map workflows across SCM, Sales and Finance.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across global SENKO affiliates to document workflows.
• Assess processes and improve efficiency using NetSuite functionality.
• Gather requirements, define data for ERP reports, and ensure data governance.
• Implement and test ERP changes; coordinate CRM or BI initiatives when needed.
• Lead meetings, manage projects, and support cross-functional teams.
