Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Waltham, MA to support internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment. The role includes processing orders, maintaining accounts, and communicating with teams to resolve issues, with pay at $33.50/hr and a Monday–Friday schedule.

This position offers onboarding support, access to Adecco's Aspire Academy, and a centralized delivery team recruitment approach, ensuring consistent guidance throughout the employment period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Salesforce and ERP systems preferred.
• Strong customer-focused mindset and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and within established service level agreements.
• Maintain customer account information using ERP systems, Salesforce, and other business applications.
• Communicate order confirmations, delivery updates, and invoicing information to customers and Business Development Managers.
• Research and resolve order delays by collaborating with Sales, Support, Distribution, and Finance teams.
• Investigate customer inquiries and complaints and provide timely resolutions.
• Answer inbound customer calls, review voicemails, and route inquiries to the appropriate teams.
