KHS USA Inc. is seeking a Professionals Customer Service Representative in Waukesha, WI.

The role involves handling customer inquiries and orders via phone and email, maintaining customer data in SAP Cloud, and coordinating with production and purchasing to ensure timely scheduling and pricing. The ideal candidate has an associates degree and at least five years of customer service or parts sales experience, with familiarity in ERP and credit terms management.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent is required.
• Five years of customer service or parts sales experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP Cloud or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Receive customer inquiries or orders via phone or email and enter into CRM (SAP Cloud).
• Process customer quotes in ERP and coordinate with Production Control & Purchasing for scheduling and pricing.
• Process and confirm parts orders; verify credit terms and status; coordinate with Accounting for payment terms beyond Net 30.
• Log after-hour calls in CRM (SAP Cloud) for After Sales profitability as needed.
• Track order status and follow up with customers until delivery is completed.
