Job summary

John W. McDougall Co., Inc. is seeking a Processing Project Coordinator to support sales and order fulfillment from initial quote through final shipment.

You will coordinate between sales, estimating, scheduling, purchasing, accounting, quality, and shipping to ensure orders are entered accurately, tracked closely, and delivered on time per our quality standards. Qualifications

• Working knowledge of ERP/production systems (Epicor experience preferred).
• Understanding of manufacturing order processing from quoting through production and shipment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking across orders.
• Clear professional written and verbal communication with customers, sales, purchasing, accounting, shipping, and quality.
• Problem-solving and good judgment in scheduling conflicts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Good time-management and ability to work under deadlines.
• Basic understanding of production scheduling and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Create new quotes in the ERP and route RFQ to sales and estimating.
• Review and compare new purchase orders to quotes.
• Check price, quantity, lead times, and packaging/shipping requirements.
• Set up new sales orders in ERP and organize folders.
• Coordinate shipments and pickups with Shipping Manager and customers.
• Monitor job status and maintain ship dates.
• Facilitate RMAs between customers and the internal quality team.
