Job summary

Röchling Group is seeking an order management professional to ensure smooth processing from order entry through shipment. You will serve as a key liaison between customers, operations, and internal teams to guarantee timely processing, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes coordinating cross-functional efforts, monitoring stock levels, and proactively communicating with customers on shipment statuses and available alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order fulfillment from entry to final shipment with cross functional teams.
• Track order progress and resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Review inventory and communicate alternative products to customers.
• Monitor stock levels and alert teammates when levels are low or back-ordered.
• Proactively communicate information to customers and follow up with ship dates for back-ordered items.
• Offer and document concessions.
• Review high-priority orders and determine capabilities before sharing with production.
• Update and maintain internal shipment information including status comments.
• Maintain on-time shipment logs, KPI's and data analysis for management.
• All reasonable requests from supervision.

Job description

Manages daily flow of orders from receipt through shipment by playing a critical role in deliver-ing exceptional customer service while managing customer orders from entry through fulfill-ment. In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you will serve as a key liaison between custom-ers, operations, and internal teams to ensure timely order processing, issue resolution, and cus-tomer satisfaction.
