CMC is seeking a Customer Service/Project Coordinator to manage the full order process from intake through delivery and invoicing. You will gather detailed requirements, schedule orders, monitor progression, and respond promptly to inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related training preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in customer service, project management, or construction site development.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems; ability to read/interpret civil drawings.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full order process from intake through delivery and invoicing.
• Gather complete order requirements, schedule orders, and monitor job progress.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Verify pricing, manage change orders, and update order components as needed.
• Follow up on submittals to ensure timely approval and processing.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate, on-time product delivery.
• Coordinate field support visits and ensure resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and internal systems.
• Attend team meetings and assist with departmental support as needed.
