CMC is seeking a driven professional to manage the full order lifecycle from intake to delivery and invoicing. You will gather requirements, schedule orders, and monitor progress while providing prompt, professional responses to customer inquiries and maintaining precise records in ERP systems.

Expect collaboration across departments, pricing verification, and handling change orders to ensure on-time product delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education, training, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, project management, or construction site development.
• Ability to read and interpret civil engineering plans and production drawings.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full order process from intake through delivery and invoicing.
• Gather complete order requirements, schedule orders, and monitor job progress.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Verify pricing, manage change orders, and update order components as needed.
• Follow up on submittals to ensure timely approval and processing.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate, on-time product delivery.
• Coordinate field support visits and ensure resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and internal systems.
• Attend team meetings and assist with departmental support as needed.
