Job summary

Snelling Huntsville is seeking an Order Processing Specialist for our Huntsville facility. The role involves entering customer orders, ensuring accurate part numbers and quantities, and maintaining a high level of data accuracy.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sales, shipping/receiving, customer service, production and scheduling. This temporary-to-hire position runs 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday; an exceptional benefits package is offered upon permanent hire.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Experience with accounting, purchasing, or order entry in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• ERP experience and solid computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and verify that part numbers and quantities are correct.
• Act as liaison between sales, shipping & receiving, customer service, production and scheduling.
• Work in a temp-to-hire capacity with standard hours 8am-5pm, M-F; company benefits upon hire.
