You will verify details, coordinate with internal teams, and provide timely updates to stakeholders while upholding data integrity and confidentiality. This role suits someone with 1–2 years in data entry or order processing and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years data entry / order processing experience.
• Customer service or logistics experience preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail in data entry.
• Proficient in MS Office and order management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.
• Problem-solving with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately in the system.
• Verify order details for accuracy, including pricing and delivery.
• Maintain communication with account representatives to meet requirements.
