Job summary

Sanmina Corporation, a global electronics manufacturing services provider, seeks an Order Processing Support professional in Huntsville, AL. You will enter orders, manage backlogs, and coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely fulfillment.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of experience, strong Excel skills, and compliance with ITAR requirements as this facility operates for US customers. Monday–Friday schedule with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Entering orders, changes, forecasts and price lists into the Operational Control System and Support Systems.
• Updating the data entered, recycling the PEX forms.
• Managing the order confirmation process and communicating with the customer about partial shipment approvals.
• Rescheduling the orders (backlog) and updating the backlog issue log.
• Ask plant internal approvals for ordering and forecasting changes.
• Maintain forms parameters in Oracle, print and send by PM instructions, collecting signatures in form.
• Ability to perceive order processing and its importance as a subscription / delivery process.
• Ability to adapt to work according of the process.
• Excel skills.
• Critical work order tracking (production or RMAs)
• Validation, loading and modification of purchase orders.
