Interior Specialists is seeking an Order Processor to manage and process customer orders with accuracy from start to finish. You will enter orders in the ERP, verify details, and coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Branch Management and Warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment.

You will maintain accurate electronic files, support SOP development, and perform daily activities with minimal supervision. A focus on data integrity and cross‑department communication is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in order processing or data entry.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in flooring, cabinet, or construction industry preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Enter and process customer orders in the ERP accurately.
• Verify order details against documentation.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, and Branch Management to ensure materials are available.
• Communicate with Production, Design, and Warehouse to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized electronic order files and audit compliance.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for order processing.
• Complete daily activities with minimal supervision.
• Assist with related duties to support operations.
• Compare color sheets to floor plans to verify material quantities.
• Prepare work orders for crew leaders, drivers, QC, and accounting.
• Use intermediate math to calculate measurements for materials.
• Facilitate model home orders with Sales and review for completeness and accuracy.
• Create deficiency reports and maintain folders.
• Coordinate with Production, Sales, Design Studio, and Warehouse to address issues.
• Attend meetings and training while upholding professionalism.
