Job summary

Sanmina Corporation seeks an Order Entry Administrator to support sales and customers. You will enter sales orders in Oracle 11i, process ICE and EDI orders, set up files, and assist with RMA processing and A/R research. This ITAR facility requires US citizenship or lawful permanent residency.

Salary range is $54,080.00 – $58,000.00 annually, with a comprehensive rewards package including health, life and disability insurance, a savings plan, holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years order entry experience or related work.
• Document control experience helpful.
• Computer skills - Oracle a plus; Excel introductory skills necessary; 10 key by touch; fax/printers.

Responsibilities

• Sales order entry and document control entry into our ERP system Oracle 11i.
• Understand and process internal ICE orders - cross references.
• Understand and process EDI orders for 3rd party customers.
• Set up files and double check work of other entry administrator; process RMA's for CSR's.
• Assist pulling files and researching A/R issues for CSR's.
• Ability to continually change priorities during daily activities.
