Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling international shipments.
• Experience using Oracle; proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Strong understanding of international shipping processes and export paperwork.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits; valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pack shipments securely and prepare goods for transport.
• Schedule pickups and coordinate with UPS/FedEx.
• Enter shipping details into Oracle; create Commercial Invoices; file AES documents.
• Handle invoicing and general shipping workflows using primary software tools.
• Utilize Excel to track shipping tasks, schedules, and inventory status.
