Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in San Jose, CA seeks an Order Entry administrator to support sales and customers, performing sales order entry and document control in Oracle 11i ERP, handling ICE orders and cross-references.

Candidates should have 2–4 years order entry experience, exposure to document control, and basic computer skills including Oracle, Excel, 10-key by touch, and familiarity with fax and printers. This ITAR facility requires US citizenship or lawful permanent residency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years order entry experience or related work.
• Document control experience helpful.
• Computer skills - Oracle a plus; Excel introductory skills necessary; 10-key by touch; fax/printers.

Responsibilities

• Sales order entry and document control entry into our ERP system Oracle 11i.
• Understand and process internal ICE orders - cross references.
• Understand and process EDI orders for 3rd party customers.
• Set up files and double check work of other entry administrators; process RMA's for CSR's.
• Assist pulling files and researching A/R issues for CSR's.
• Ability to continually change priorities during daily activities.
