Job summary

Responsibilities

• Enter orders, changes, forecasts and price lists into the Operational Control System and Support Systems; update data entered.
• Manage order confirmation process and communicate with customers on partial shipment approvals.
• Reschedule backlog orders and update backlog log.
• Obtain internal approvals for ordering and forecasting changes.
• Maintain form parameters in Oracle, print and send PM instructions, collect signatures.
• Understand the importance of order processing as a subscription/delivery process.
• Adapt to established processes.
• Excel skills are required for daily tasks.
• Conduct critical work order tracking and modify purchase orders.
