Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience in an office or professional setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order/data entry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Fast learner with new products and processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers, distributors, and sales reps.
• Ability to follow procedures and escalate issues when needed.
• Capable of managing day-to-day workload independently with direction when needed.
• Experience with order entry, data entry, customer service, and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming purchase orders and accurately enter orders into Epicor.
• Review orders for pricing, quantities, and product information before entry.
• Respond to inquiries via email and phone regarding orders, pricing, and shipping.
• Provide pricing using established price lists for stock, made-to-order, and custom products.
• Coordinate with shipping, production, quality, and accounting to keep orders moving.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, credits, and shipping concerns per procedures.
• Escalate issues to Customer Success Manager when appropriate.
• Maintain territory-specific shipping, data entry, and billing documentation.
