Job summary

Rich Products Corporation seeks a Sr Manager, IT Applications - Order to Cash to lead SAP S/4HANA-based O2C processes across a global ERP and supply chain landscape. In this hands-on role, you will guide architecture, design, and delivery, collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams worldwide to enable operational excellence.

You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to the global template, and participate in testing and cutover activities for go-live.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working with SAP and integrated applications.
• 7+ years in customization and configuration of SAP Sales and Distribution modules.
• Two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations completed.
• Experience designing and implementing complex integrated SAP processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and cross-module integration for Order to Cash.
• Lifecycle support and partner management of applications and technologies.
• Develop functional and integration specifications.
• Guide testing cycles and cutover activities for go-live.
• Manage small cross-functional teams and vendor partners.
