Leap Tools is seeking an experienced architect to own one or more migration domains across our modern web ERP. You will design data models, API shapes, tenant isolation, and cutover plans while migrating from the legacy desktop to the new stack.

You will read legacy code to understand behavior, make targeted changes, and ensure production reliability. You will mentor engineers transitioning from desktop to web and help with hiring.

Competenze

• 5+ years of production software development experience.
• Strong CS fundamentals based on a CS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong data modelling and relational DB skills, ideally multi-tenant.

Mansioni

• Own one or more migration domains end-to-end across backend and frontend.
• Design data models, API shapes, tenant isolation, and cutover plans.
• Plan and run data migrations on live customer data.
• Read legacy desktop code to understand behavior and implement changes.
• Maintain production reliability and lead incident fixes.
• Set code-review standards across backend and frontend.
• Collaborate with Product and other teams; mentor engineers and assist hiring.
