Job summary

Bertram Labs is seeking a Senior Enterprise Engineer to design, build, and scale our internal CRM system for Bertram Capital and its portfolio companies. You will lead successful ERP-to-ERP migrations across multiple platforms while collaborating with developers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years of enterprise software experience, cloud platform familiarity, and a track record of delivering scalable solutions within a structured project framework.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise systems
• Experience leading full-lifecycle ERP-to-ERP migrations
• Experience building or implementing CRM/ERP integrations
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, and/or Azure)
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and ongoing improvement of an open-source enterprise platform for Bertram Capital and portfolio companies
• Integrate current systems and data sources with new enterprise solutions including data migrations, APIs, and workflow integrations
• Lead ERP-to-ERP migrations from requirements through post-go-live support
• Define migration scope, timelines, milestones, and risks with the project management team
• Evaluate, implement, and support solutions that improve operations, scalability, and adoption
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive interfaces
• Design, develop, test, and maintain technology solutions meeting client and business needs
