Job summary

Resolve Tech Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize technology projects on time and within budget.

You will coordinate internal teams and external consultants to deliver ERP migration initiatives and ensure quality throughout the lifecycle. The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage risks and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven IT project management experience, specifically ERP migration projects.
• Familiar with project management software such as MS Project or Basecamp.
• Understanding of PM principles and techniques.
• Ability to prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• PM certification (PMP) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of project facilitation from inception to completion.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
