Job summary

GOLD SUN CHEMICALS LLC is seeking an experienced ERP & IT Systems Specialist to support and improve our business systems in a fully remote role. You will manage ERP, databases, and reporting, while driving process improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with ERP systems, data accuracy, and collaboration with sales, operations, and finance to align IT with business needs. Remote-friendly environment, with growth opportunities as the business expands.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with ERP or business systems.
• Experience with database management, reporting, workflows, and system administration.
• Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of how systems support daily operations and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
