Job summary

Grüns is seeking a Senior Retail Operations Specialist to run the daily engine behind our retail fulfillment. You will ensure orders ship accurately, on time, and in full, while partnering with internal teams, 3PLs, and retail accounts to protect revenue and reduce risk.

You’ll own proactive inventory management for OTIF, manage 3PL relationships, and build SOPs to scale the function. Familiarity with Walmart/Club channels and Fulfil.io is a plus; remote HQ culture encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail operations, order fulfillment, or replenishment in a CPG environment.
• Fluent in Excel or Google Sheets with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic modeling.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems; Fulfil.io is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Walmart/Club channels and distributors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day retail order fulfillment and resolve shipping issues before they become late shipments.
• Proactively manage base inventory to prevent shortages and flag risks.
• Process new orders accurately to maintain smooth product flow.
• Run inventory reviews for promotions and launches to ensure execution.
• Track OTIF, chargebacks, and late trucks; drive process improvements.
