Job summary

Smurfit WestRock is seeking an IT Implementation Analyst to support ERP modernization for the NA Consumer division. You will serve as a trusted partner on future state technology and system implementations, ensuring alignment with production facilities and business goals.

Join a multi-year program, collaborate with implementation teams, and help deploy the ePS Packaging Suite (Radius) while contributing to data migration and change management across plants nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing systems or experience in process change management in an operational context.
• Desirable: working knowledge of packing industry processes.
• Strong knowledge of ePS Packaging suite/Radius is preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Able to lead change initiatives and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert knowledge for modules of the ePS Packaging Suite (Radius) and associated value-added products forming the ERP standard template.
• Perform detailed discovery activity with implementation teams to support rapid rollout.
• Document detailed requirements, develop solutions, test, and guide plant requirements to implementation teams.
• Identify opportunities within current and upcoming technologies to enhance user experience and process efficiency.
• Deliver system implementation activities across discovery, walkthrough, design, training, testing, cutover and hypercare.
• Collaborate on data cleansing and migration with Data Analysts.
• Evaluate enhancement requests and recommend best practices.
• Support change management and technology adoption with coaching and guidance.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and drive continuous improvement.
