Job summary

Cpflexpack is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to coordinate ERP implementation and optimization across all locations, partnering with plant teams and IT to gather requirements, map processes, and test new features (Radius, PrintFlow 4D, AutoCount 4D, Sage Intacct).

The role will help lead site-specific implementation teams as the ERP footprint expands, ensuring data accuracy and standardized workflows while collaborating with IT leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ERP analysis, administration, or project coordination.
• Experience with Radius, PrintFlow, AutoCount or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to document workflows and requirements clearly.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ERP implementation activities across all company locations.
• Gather requirements and map end-to-end business processes.
• Lead cross-plant workshops to standardize processes.
• Test upgrades and UAT with stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of ERP systems.
