Job summary

Smurfit WestRock is modernizing its NA Consumer IT environment and seeks an IT Implementation Analyst to deploy the ePS Packaging Suite and related programs across production facilities. The role partners with business units to define requirements, design solutions, and lead the project through implementation phases.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in system implementations, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of implementing systems or experience in process change management in an operational setting.
• Working knowledge of packing industry processes is desirable.
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert knowledge for modules of the ePS Packaging Suite (Radius) and associated value-added products forming the ERP standard template.
• Perform detailed discovery activity with implementation teams to support rapid rollout.
• Document requirements, develop solutions, test, and guide plant teams during implementation.
• Deliver system implementation activities across discovery, design, training, testing, cutover and hypercare.
