Job summary

C-P Flexible Packaging is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to coordinate ERP implementation and optimization across all company locations. You will gather requirements, map and standardize business processes, test new features, and support rollout of Radius, PrintFlow, AutoCount, Sage Intacct, and related systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ERP analysis, administration, project coordination, or related role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows; flexible packaging experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with ERP systems—Radius, PrintFlow, AutoCount, or similar manufacturing ERP solutions.
• Ability to document workflows, processes, and requirements clearly and professionally.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional and cross-plant teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks, activities, and workflows related to the ongoing ERP implementation.
• Plan, execute, and document ERP projects across multiple plants.
• Assist in managing and leading ERP implementation teams at each location once formed.
• Gather functional requirements and map end-to-end business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, planning, quality, finance, and customer service.
• Develop test plans and lead testing for ERP upgrades, patches, and new features.
• Coordinate and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with plant and departmental stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives across the organization and standardize processes.
