ERP Implementation Lead — Manufacturing

Job summary

Cpflexpack is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to coordinate ERP implementation and optimization across all locations. You will gather requirements, map processes, test features, and support rollout of Radius, PrintFlow 4D, AutoCount 4D, and Sage Intacct.

Work closely with plant teams, department leaders, and IT to standardize workflows, validate specifications, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing, supply chain, planning, and finance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ERP analysis or project coordination experience.
• Experience leading multi-site ERP rollouts.
• Ability to document workflows, processes and requirements clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily ERP tasks and project activities across plants.
• Gather requirements from departments and map end-to-end business processes.
• Lead cross-plant workshops to standardize terminology, workflows and system usage.
• Assist in configuring Radius, PrintFlow, AutoCount environments and related settings.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and validate functional specs during upgrades.
