Job summary

Smurfit WestRock Company is seeking an IT Implementation Analyst to join the Consumer NA IT team and help deploy the ePS Packaging Suite (Radius) as part of an ERP modernization program. You will act as a trusted partner, advising on the future state technology landscape, and drive successful system implementations across discovery, design, training, testing, cutover and hypercare.

• 3+ years implementing systems or managing change in an operational environment.
• Desirable knowledge of packaging processes and workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert knowledge on ePS Packaging Suite modules and ERP template.
• Lead discovery, design, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate on data cleansing and migration with Data Analysts.
• Support change management and technology adoption across plants.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and drive continuous improvement.
