Job summary

Perk is seeking an ERP Implementation Manager, Spend Platforms, to lead complex ERP onboarding for global Enterprise customers. You will be the subject matter expert on SAP Spend and Invoice projects, guiding customers through ERP rollouts and financial transformations with IT, Finance, and Procurement stakeholders.

You will coordinate cross-functional resources, deliver custom configurations, and drive successful adoption while mentoring the global implementation team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in SaaS, ERP consulting, or Finance.
• Expertise in SAP Spend & Invoice implementations or ERP integrations.
• Strong finance and compliance knowledge with CFO-level engagement.
• Track record delivering large ERP/CRM transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for Enterprise customers focusing on SAP Spend & Invoice implementations and other ERP platforms.
• Manage C-level stakeholder relationships across Finance, IT, and Procurement.
• Deliver advanced custom setups, workflows, Per Diems, and compliance frameworks with platform configuration.
• Act as subject matter expert on SAP and ERP integrations, troubleshooting best practices.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to support implementations.
• Influence finance leaders with accounting expertise to drive value quickly.
• Support change management for customer organizations and ensure robust adoption.
• Mentor the implementation team and shape global methodology.
