Job summary

Perk is seeking an ERP Implementation Manager, Spend Platforms, to lead complex ERP onboarding for global Enterprise customers. You will be the SAP Spend and Invoice subject matter expert, guiding cross-functional teams of IT, Finance, and consultants to successful rollouts.

You’ll manage CFO-level relationships, deliver custom workflows and compliance frameworks, and coordinate Perk’s marketplace integrations to ensure rapid value and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ SaaS, ERP consulting, or Finance experience.
• Proven expertise in SAP Spend and Invoice implementations and/or complex ERP integrations.
• Deep financial and compliance acumen with CFO-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for Enterprise customers with a focus on SAP Spend and Invoice implementations and other ERP platforms.
• Manage C-level stakeholder relationships across Finance, IT, and Procurement and Travel programs.
• Deliver advanced custom setups including workflows, per diems, and compliance frameworks tied to Perk Travel & Spend modules.
• Act as subject matter expert on SAP and ERP integrations, advising on best practices.
• Coordinate internal Implementation resources and customer IT/external consultants to ensure smooth adoption.
• Influence finance leaders with accounting expertise to drive fast value implementations.
• Support change management to ensure robust launch and adoption within customer organizations.
• Mentor implementation team members and help shape global implementation methodology.
