Job summary

Perk is seeking an ERP Implementation Manager, Spend Platforms, to lead the most complex onboarding projects for global Enterprise customers. You will be the SAP Spend and Invoice SME guiding ERP rollouts and financial transformations.

This role requires deep SAP or ERP expertise, advanced finance and compliance knowledge, and the ability to coordinate CIO-level stakeholders, IT teams, and consultants to achieve seamless adoption and customer success at the highest level of complexity.

Qualifications

• Six years+ SaaS, ERP consulting, or Finance experience.
• Expertise in SAP Spend and Invoice implementations or complex ERP integrations.
• Strong financial and compliance knowledge engaging CFO-level stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering large ERP/CRM transformations.
• Leadership, coordination, and solution design skills.
• Change management capabilities to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for Enterprise customers with a focus on SAP Spend and Invoice implementations and other ERP platforms.
• Manage C-level stakeholder relationships across Finance, IT, and Procurement.
• Deliver advanced custom setups including workflows, per diems, and compliance frameworks.
• Act as SME on SAP and other ERP integrations, troubleshooting and advising on best practices.
• Support technical configuration of complex integrations through ERP connectors and OpenAPI.
• Coordinate internal implementation resources and client IT/external consultants.
• Influence finance leaders with accounting and compliance expertise to accelerate time-to-value.
• Support change management to ensure robust adoption within the customer organization.
• Mentor implementation team members and shape global methodology.
