Job summary

Perk is seeking an Implementation Manager for Travel & Spend to lead the most complex onboarding projects for global Enterprise customers. You will act as the subject matter expert on SAP Spend and Invoice projects, guiding ERP rollouts and financial transformations.

Deep SAP/ERP expertise and the ability to coordinate CFO-level stakeholders are essential. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with IT, and drive successful customer adoption with a focus on time-to-value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ SaaS, ERP consulting, or Finance experience.
• Proven expertise in SAP Spend and Invoice implementations, and/or extensive experience with complex ERP integrations.
• Deep financial and compliance acumen with ability to engage CFO-level stakeholders.
• Strong track record of delivering large-scale ERP/CRM transformation projects.
• Exceptional leadership, coordination, and solution design skills.
• Strong change management skills and confidence driving a recommended solution forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for Enterprise customers with a focus on SAP Spend and Invoice implementations, as well as ERP Platforms (NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics F&O).
• Manage C-level stakeholder relationships across Finance, IT, and Procurement, and Travel program stakeholders.
• Deliver advanced custom setups including workflows, per diems, and compliance frameworks aligned to Perk modules.
• Act as subject matter expert on SAP and other ERP integrations, troubleshooting and advising on best practices.
• Support the technical configuration of complex integrations through ERP Connectors and OpenAPI.
• Coordinate internal Implementation resources with customer IT and external consultants.
• Influence finance leaders with accounting and compliance expertise to accelerate value.
• Support change management for robust, scalable customer adoption.
• Mentor implementation team members and help shape global methodology.
