Job summary

Perk is seeking an Implementation Manager for Travel & Spend to lead complex SAP Spend and Invoice onboarding for global Enterprise clients. You’ll guide ERP rollouts, coordinate CIO/Finance IT stakeholders, and deliver custom configurations within Perk’s platform.

You will drive finance-led transformations, mentor the team, and shape our global implementation practices, working across multiple ERP ecosystems and OpenAPI integrations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ SaaS, ERP consulting, or Finance experience.
• Proven expertise in SAP Spend and Invoice implementations.
• Deep financial and compliance acumen with CFO-level stakeholders.
• Strong track record of delivering large-scale ERP/CRM transformations.
• Exceptional leadership, coordination, and solution design skills.
• Strong change management skills and ability to drive a solution forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for Enterprise customers with a focus on SAP Spend and Invoice implementations, and ERP platform rollouts (NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics F&O).
• Manage C-level stakeholder relationships across Finance, IT, and Procurement, plus Travel program stakeholders.
• Deliver advanced custom setups including workflows, Per Diems, and compliance frameworks matched to Perk Travel & Spend modules.
• Act as subject matter expert on SAP and ERP integrations, troubleshooting and best practices.
• Support configuration of complex integrations via ERP Connectors and OpenAPI.
• Coordinate internal Implementation resources and external consultants.
• Influence finance leaders with deep accounting expertise to accelerate value for customers.
• Support change management for successful adoption within customer organizations.
• Mentor implementation team and shape global implementation methodology.
