Job summary

Perk is seeking an Implementation Manager for Travel & Spend to lead complex onboarding projects for global Enterprise customers. You will be the subject matter expert on SAP Spend and Invoice projects, guiding ERP rollouts and financial transformations at the highest level of complexity.

You will coordinate with Finance, IT, and Procurement stakeholders, deliver custom configurations, and drive successful customer adoption across Perk Travel & Spend modules.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in SaaS, ERP consulting, or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for Enterprise customers focusing on SAP Spend and Invoice implementations and other ERP platforms.
• Manage C-level stakeholder relationships across Finance, IT, and Procurement.
• Deliver advanced custom setups including workflows and compliance frameworks in Perk Travel & Spend.
• Act as subject matter expert on SAP and ERP integrations and best practices.
• Support configuration of complex integrations via ERP Connectors and OpenAPI.
• Coordinate internal and external implementation resources and stakeholders.
• Influence finance leaders with accounting and compliance expertise to accelerate value.
• Support change management for successful adoption within customer organizations.
• Mentor team members and help shape global implementation methodology.
