Job summary

Perk seeks an Implementation Manager for Travel & Spend to lead complex ERP onboarding for global Enterprise customers. You will be the subject matter expert on SAP Spend and Invoice projects, guiding customers through ERP rollouts and financial transformations.

You’ll coordinate with Sales, Solutions Consultants, Account Managers, and customer IT teams while delivering tailored workflows, compliance frameworks, and deep finance guidance to accelerate value and adoption.

Qualifications

• 6+ years SaaS, ERP consulting, or Finance experience.
• Proven expertise in SAP Spend and Invoice implementations, and/or extensive ERP integrations.
• Deep financial and compliance acumen with ability to engage CFO-level stakeholders.
• Strong track record of delivering large-scale ERP/CRM transformation projects.
• Exceptional leadership, coordination, and solution design skills.
• Strong change management skills and confidence driving a recommended solution forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for Enterprise customers with SAP Spend and Invoice implementations and other ERP platforms.
• Manage C-level stakeholder relationships across Finance, IT, and Procurement, and Travel program stakeholders.
• Deliver advanced custom setups including workflows, Per Diems, and compliance frameworks.
• Act as SME on SAP and other ERP integrations, advising on best practices.
• Coordinate internal resources and external consultants to achieve rapid value.
• Influence finance leaders to drive implementations with time-to-value.
• Support change management and successful adoption within customer organizations.
• Mentor implementation team members and shape global methodology.
