Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking an IT Business Systems Analysis Manager to lead enterprise transformation across Finance, HR, and Talent Acquisition.

You will document current processes, design future-state standards, and drive automation in collaboration with implementation partners. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional discovery, building business cases, authoring design docs, and supporting M&A integration while ensuring governance and effective communication across business and technical

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
8–10 years in business analysis, process improvement, or enterprise systems delivery.
Experience with ERP, HCM, and enterprise‑level Talent Acquisition platforms.
Experience authoring functional and technical design documentation.
Experience driving process standardization across business units or functions.
Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions integration, organizational restructuring, or both.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions with process owners to document current-state processes and rules.
Analyze processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities and build business cases.
Facilitate future-state design and standardization across units.
Support organizational changes and integration of acquired businesses.
Author functional and technical design documentation to standards.
Partner with vendors through design, build and deployment with traceability.
Develop and execute test plans, lead user acceptance testing, support cutover.
Configure and test automation solutions and retain delivery knowledge.
