Job summary

Phoenix Lighting in Milwaukee seeks an IT & Business Systems Manager to align ERP, data, reporting, and technology investments with business objectives. This role focuses on business-systems transformation rather than pure infrastructure, leveraging ERP and analytics expertise to enable growth.

The successful candidate will lead the AX-to-BC migration, drive process standardization, data migration, and training, and collaborate with operations, finance, supply chain, sales, and IT partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP/enterprise systems experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and financial reporting.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and AX preferred.
• Proven project-management and cross-functional leadership.
• Data governance and analytics experience, including Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration from Microsoft Dynamics AX to Dynamics 365 Business Central and shape ERP roadmap.
• Drive cross-functional discovery, design, data conversion, testing, and deployment.
• Establish governance for ERP changes, integrations, and future releases.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and trusted data sources for management reporting.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to enable scalable tech solutions.
