Job summary

V2X is seeking an IT Business Systems Analysis Manager to lead enterprise transformation across Finance, HR and Talent Acquisition. You will document current-state processes, design future-state standards, and partner with implementation vendors to automate and deploy solutions, including post‑deployment support and mergers/acquisitions integration.

The role requires 8–10 years in business analysis, strong communication, and experience with ERP, HCM, and TA platforms. U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
8–10 years in business analysis, process improvement, or enterprise systems delivery.
Experience with ERP, HCM, and enterprise-level Talent Acquisition platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions with Finance, HR and TA process owners to document current-state processes.
Analyze processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities and build business cases.
Drive future-state design and standardization across units.
Support mergers/acquisitions integration and organizational changes.
Author functional and technical design documentation to V2X standards.
Collaborate with implementation and automation vendors through design, build and deployment with traceability.
Develop and execute test plans and lead user acceptance testing.
