Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide business transformation projects aligned with strategy.
• Develop dashboards, KPI reports and performance tracking tools.
• Facilitate governance meetings and prepare executive presentations.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and risks.
• Develop financial models and evaluate business cases.
• Prepare reports covering KPIs, profitability, cost optimization, ROI.
• Map processes and create SOPs and improvement plans.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and executive reporting.
• Identify risks and roadblocks and propose corrective actions.
