Job summary

The Wills Group LLC in Maryland seeks a Financial Application Analyst to own Finance/Accounting ERP (PDI), optimize configurations, and strengthen controls. You’ll translate requirements into practical system solutions, lead testing, and drive automation across interfaces and reporting.

You will partner with Accounting, Treasury, IT, and operations to improve close efficiency and data integrity, and support audits and ongoing improvements. Hybrid work and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years experience supporting, implementing, or optimizing ERP or financial apps in Finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, GL, month-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, testing changes, and supporting implementations.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial data, reports, queries.
• Strong project management, documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with Finance, IT, and vendors.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available).

Responsibilities

• Serve as Finance and Accounting SME for PDI ERP and optimize configuration, workflows, controls, data, and reporting.
• Translate business needs into system and process solutions; coordinate with IT and vendors.
• Monitor performance and data integrity; investigate interface, posting, and reconciliation issues.
• Lead testing, documentation, training, and continuous improvement across Finance.
• Develop and maintain Finance reports, queries, and data extracts reconciled to GL.
• Support month-end/year-end close and ensure interfaces operate as expected.
