Job summary

ProDriven Global Brands seeks an experienced Accounting Manager – Financial Systems & Controls to bridge Accounting, Finance, and IT. You’ll lead ERP modules, governance, and data integrity, driving improvements across North America and global operations.

You’ll work hands-on in ERP environments, analyze data, test changes, and support financial reporting, close, and internal controls. Hybrid role with in-office collaboration three days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Eight+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial systems, controllership, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and financial systems including modules, data, interfaces, workflows and reporting.
• Experience partnering with IT on financial-system implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, issue resolution.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GL, close, consolidation in a multi-entity environment.
• Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives, multiple priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the finance lead for ERP financial modules, consolidation tools, interfaces, master data, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Work directly in financial systems to investigate issues, evaluate configurations, and identify practical solutions.
• Partner with IT to define requirements and lead financial-system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, testing, implementation, training, and stabilization.
• Support reliable close, consolidation, intercompany, fixed-asset, and reporting processes across a global, multi-entity environment.
