Intercity Transit is looking for an ERP Finance Senior Business Analyst to join the Information Systems team. The role focuses on Workday Financials, finance applications, and business-process optimization to improve reporting and data integrations.

You will partner with Finance stakeholders to translate needs into practical system solutions, provide production support, and contribute to projects that enhance efficiency and accuracy of Finance operations. Hybrid work arrangement is in place.

Qualificações

• 3 years of experience supporting Finance organizations or related areas.
• In-depth Knowledge of Workday procurement, expenses, accounting, reporting, or similar ERP.
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions and documentation.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, and functional design.
• Experience troubleshooting system issues with clear resolutions.
• Workday certification within the first 6 months of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the Workday Finance lead and super-user for configuration, security, testing, and maintenance.
• Partner with Finance to gather requirements and document functional specs.
• Evaluate processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements for Finance priorities.
• Collaborate on integrations between Workday and other finance apps; support data flows.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and communicate resolutions.
• Create and maintain reports, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Support finance system projects from design to implementation.
• Stay current on Workday releases and new functionality for process improvement.
• Develop documentation, job aids, and support materials.
• Build relationships with Finance, Procurement, and cross-functional teams.
• Assist with data validation, accuracy, and visibility across Workday data.
