Job summary

ProDriven Global Brands in the United States is seeking an Accounting Manager—Financial Systems & Controls to lead the link between Accounting, Finance, and IT, focusing on ERP systems, data integrity, and financial reporting.

You will partner with IT on implementations, support close and consolidation, and drive automation and control improvements across NA and global operations. This is a hybrid role with periodic in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Eight or more years of progressive accounting/financial-systems experience.
• Strong hands-on ERP and related financial systems experience.
• Experience partnering with IT on finance-system implementations, upgrades, and testing.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP in a multi-entity environment.
• Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP financial modules, consolidation tools, interfaces, and reporting structures.
• Investigate issues in financial systems and validate configurations and data flows.
• Collaborate with IT to define requirements and drive system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
• Support reliable close, consolidation, intercompany, fixed assets, and reporting processes.
• Improve data integrity through validations, reconciliations, and master-data governance.
• Drive automation, analytics, and standardization of finance processes.
