Job summary

Highline Warren, LLC seeks an ERP Analyst to support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing processes.

The role reports to the ERP Applications Director and works with cross-functional teams to document requirements, configure and test systems, and ensure data integrity. Based in Elkton, MD or Dallas, TX, the position offers collaborative environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 2+ years of experience working with ERP systems in an analyst or support role.
• Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and the ERP Technical Lead to document technical requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for ERP system improvements.
• Support ERP system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Assist in the integration of ERP systems with other business applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ERP processes and configurations.
• Provide end-user support and training for ERP applications.
• Participate in testing of ERP related changes
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across ERP modules.
• Support the ERP Technical Lead in project planning and execution.
