ProDriven Global Brands is seeking an Accounting Manager – Financial Systems & Controls to bridge Accounting, Finance, and IT across North America and global ops. You will work hands-on in ERP systems, drive improvements, and ensure data integrity for close and reporting.

The role emphasizes governance, automation, and cross-functional partnerships, with travel up to 10% and a focus on scalable controls in a SOX-like environment. A CPA and ERP expertise are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Eight or more years of progressive experience in accounting, financial systems, controllership, or related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP and related financial systems, including modules, data, interfaces, workflows, master data, and reporting structures.
• Experience partnering with IT on financial-system implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, and issue resolution.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GL, close, consolidation, intercompany, and internal-control processes in a multi-entity environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives, multiple priorities, and deadlines without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the finance lead for ERP modules, consolidation tools, interfaces, master data, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Investigate issues in financial systems, evaluate configurations and data flows, and identify practical solutions.
• Partner with IT to define requirements and lead financial-system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, testing, implementation, training, and stabilization.
• Support reliable close, consolidation, intercompany, fixed-asset, and reporting processes across a global multi-entity environment.
• Improve data integrity through system validations, reconciliations, exception reporting, master-data governance, and issue resolution.
• Maintain financial-system controls and documentation for access, interfaces, workflows, change management, and key control activities.
• Improve finance processes through system enhancements, automation, analytics, and standardization.
• Drive acquisitions and integrations through data migration, system harmonization, and chart-of-accounts mapping.
