Wills Group, Inc in La Plata, Maryland seeks a Financial Application Analyst to own and optimize PDI ERP for finance operations. The role partners with Accounting, Treasury, IT, and FP&A to translate business needs into system solutions, improve data integrity, controls, and reporting.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in ERP/financial apps, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and project management expertise to lead testing, training, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of ERP or financial applications experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, GL, month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements, mapping processes, testing system changes, troubleshooting issues, and supporting implementations or upgrades.
• Advanced Excel skills and demonstrated ability to work with financial data, reports, queries, and system-generated outputs.
• Strong project management, documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the Finance and Accounting SME for PDI ERP and optimize configuration, data, and reports.
• Partner with Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, IT, and operations to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Monitor financial app performance and data integrity; coordinate issue resolution with IT and vendors.
• Establish monitoring and exception-management processes for key financial interfaces with clear ownership and impact.
• Lead Finance-side requirements, evaluation, design, testing, and adoption of reconciliation and TMS solutions.
• Manage enhancements from requirements to testing and production release; develop test scripts and validate results.
