Job summary

Atrium is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations in New Jersey. The role handles incoming shipments, coordinates deliveries to internal teams, and prepares outbound shipments while maintaining an organized shipping area.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of related experience, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and be proficient with basic computer systems and shipping software.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or related experience.
• Experience handling packages and maintaining shipping records.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using scanners and shipping software.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming packages and shipments.
• Scan and track incoming materials using company systems.
• Deliver received materials and packages to the Quality team.
• Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments.
• Create and manage FedEx shipping labels and shipping documentation.
• Maintain inventory of shipping and packaging supplies.
• Break down, organize, and dispose of packaging materials for recycling or reuse.
• Keep the shipping and receiving area clean, organized, and safe.
