Job summary

Atrium in New Jersey is seeking a Sales Administrator to join its team. This junior role supports the sales group with day-to-day administrative tasks, helping ensure smooth operations and strong customer service.

You will prepare quotes, process orders, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with Finance and Operations. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with familiarity with Salesforce a plus, and opportunities to learn and grow within the sales function.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes, proposals, and basic contracts.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry.
• Support tracking sales leads and follow‑ups on basic inquiries.
• Prepare simple sales reports and summaries (weekly/monthly).
• Coordinate with Finance and Operations on order status and delivery.
