Job summary

Fulcrum Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator to support document control, ERP data management, and manufacturing record accuracy. You will ensure engineering, production, inventory, and manufacturing teams have accurate information and documentation to support daily operations.

The role involves data entry, record maintenance, ERP data handling, and drawing/document control within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
1–2 years of administrative, data-entry, ERP, inventory, purchasing support, or manufacturing office experience.
Strong computer and keyboarding skills are essential.
High attention to detail and accuracy are required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills are needed.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are important.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Enter and maintain released drawings, layouts, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation within the ERP system.
Maintain accurate item, revision, and job-related records.
Update, revise, and correct information as directed.
Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
Research and resolve routine data discrepancies.
