Job summary

Fulcrum Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Control Coordinator to support production planning, scheduling, and manufacturing execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate schedules across fabrication, machining, coating, assembly, and shipping, monitor capacity, and ensure timely communication with Sales, Engineering, and Purchasing to meet customer commitments. The role emphasizes cross-training, data accuracy in ERP, and generating dashboards to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in business, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, production planning, scheduling, inventory control, or operations.
• Experience in an ERP/MRP environment is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production schedules to support customer delivery commitments.
• Coordinate manufacturing priorities across fabrication, machining, coating, assembly, and shipping operations.
• Monitor schedule adherence and identify risks to on-time delivery.
• Release, update, and manage work orders within the ERP system.
• Communicate schedule changes and production priorities to departmental leaders.
• Support weekly production meetings and provide schedule status updates.
• Track customer commitments and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales and Project Management on order status and schedule changes.
• Monitor open orders and ensure timely progression through manufacturing.
• Communicate potential delivery risks and recovery plans.
• Maintain accurate production tracking records and status reports.
• Prepare production performance reports and schedule metrics.
• Track key performance indicators including on-time delivery and schedule attainment.
